PROHIBITIONS

You must not misuse our Platform. You shall not use any automated systems or software to extract data from this Platform for any purpose. You shall not commit or encourage a criminal offence, transmit or distribute a virus including but not limited to Trojan horse, worm, logic bomb or post any other material on the Platform which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person’s proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed throughout the Platform. Any breach of this provision would constitute an offence under the applicable laws. In the event such breach occurs, DREAMNICKER will report the breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and appropriate legal action will be taken.

 

•  整份協議

這些條款和條件適用於您使用平台及我們為銷售和供應產品而訂立或將要做出的所有訂單和合同。這些條和條件構成您與DREAMNICKER之間的全部協議，並適用於我們之間任何和所有之前以及同期的協議。您承認，簽訂本合同後，您和我們均不依賴對方提供的任何陳述、承諾或允諾，也不暗示您與我們之間在這些條款和條件之前所說或所作的任何陳述，除非 在條款和條件中另有明列。

ENTIRE AGRE

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to your use of the Platform and all Orders and Contracts made or to be made by us for the sale and supply of Products. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and DREAMNICKER and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between us.

You acknowledge that by entering into this Contract, neither you nor we have relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other or implied from anything said or written between you and us prior to such Terms and Conditions, except as expressly stated in the Terms and Conditions.

 

•  拒絕訂單

我們保留隨時從此平台撤回任何產品和/或刪除或編輯此平台上的任何材料或內容的權利。我們將盡最大努力處理所有訂單，但在某些特殊情況下，我們可能會在向您發送訂單確認後拒絕處理訂單，我們保留自行決定及隨時執行的權利。如果我們取消了您的訂單並且您已經為訂單付款，付款金額將全額退還給您。我們不會因我們從本平台撤回任何產品（無論是否已售出）、刪除或編輯本平台上的任何材料或內容或拒絕處理或接受訂單而對您或任何其他第三方負責。

We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this Platform at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Platform. We will make our best efforts to always process all Orders but there may be exceptional circumstances wherein we may need to refuse to process an Order after we have sent you an Order Acknowledgement, which we reserve the right to do at any time at our sole discretion.

 

• 錯誤訂單

如果您提交訂單到平台後發現自己的訂單有誤，請立即聯繫我們。 我們將盡力處理您的要求。 

WRONG ORDER
If you discover that you have made a mistake with your Order after you have submitted it to the Platform, please contact here immediately. We will try our best to process your request. 

•  送貨

我們的目標是按照您在訂單中要求的收貨地點將產品運送給您。如果因為地址錯誤填寫／無人收件／太遲沒有取件這幾項原因導致郵包退回給我們。我們有權收取補寄的郵費。所有免運訂單不代表要承擔填錯地址／資料填錯等補發郵件的運費。我們將會在收到因資料填錯而退回給我們的郵包後，才會補發該郵包。

如果我們預計無法在預計的運送日期送貨，在法律允許的範圍內，任何由於延遲運送而對您造成的任何損失、責任、成本、損害、收費或費用，我們不承擔任何責任。產品運送到達之際，可能會要求您簽字簽收.若您尚未收到包裹，但訂單狀態已顯示簽收，請聯繫DREAMNICKER客服，客服部將樂意為您服務。

如果您因不合理的理由拒絕收貨，導致送貨或收貨延遲，或者您不接受送貨或從承運人處取貨，我們可能向您收取由我們承擔及合理產生的任何費用和其他成本您承認產品是標準產品，不能根據您的特定要求量身定制。如果存在免費送貨的權利上有所衝突，則以我們平台上的價格為準。

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order.About wrong Address/ information in your order:If you put on a wrong address /information in your order, we will charge you for re-sent delivery fee for the return parcel. Our free shipping policy did not include or apply to orders with wrong delivery address.

We will attempt to notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations, in which event we will inform you using the contact details that you provided to us when you made your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.We deliver in our standard packaging.

All risk in the Product shall pass to you upon delivery, except that, where delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations under a risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the Product. Any breach of obligations by you might impact your ability to shop on DREAMNICKER in future. 

If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not accept delivery or collect the Product from the carrier, we may charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or

You acknowledge that the Products are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements that you may have.In event there exists a conflict of total cart size for free shipping entitlement, the value on our Platform shall prevail

 

•  有關產品

所有手製產品都會有微細的差異，天然晶石例如珍珠，天然石等都會有顏色上和大小上的差異，而所有手繪產品亦會每一件都不一樣，每件手繪飾品什至花紋不一樣。而圖片顏色也會因為不同顯示屏而產生和實物顏色有不同的差異。

ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Each piece of jewellery may have little different by other because of the handmade. Natural materials such as pearls, crystals, the size and colour will be slightly different from each other.
Some jewellery are using resin painting and those pattern will different from each other.Please note that for actual colour as displayed on different devices and screens may vary.

 

•  換貨和退款政策

無論任何情況，我們不接受退款。除非因收到貨品時損壞，在收到貨品後3天內告知我們。我們可以安排換貨。無法因個人原因／喜好等私人理由進行換貨。

EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS POLICY

We are sorry that we don’t accept refund and we don’t have refunds policy for any reasons. However we may allow you to exchange to a new one if your product is damaged during the delivery. kindly contact us within 3 days when you received the product.

All content included in or made available through our Platform, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, campaign titles and data compilations is the property of DREAMNICKER or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by DREAMNICKER and its licensors. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Platform nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.

 

• 變異

Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
